Customer have up to 7 days exchange or return service after got the package.

We will ship a new items FOR FREE if there is a quality problem (usually not happen as we check every single item before we ship!)
I. Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

III. If the item or size you received is wrong, please send photo of the item you received for checking, and the photo of the Shipping label on the package (we need to check the information on it).
1), Return the item for a full refund, only acceptable when the error is on Shoeyl's Part (such as incorrect item, color). Otherwise, Shoeyl will only initiate a partial refund (60% of the articles value, exclude the shipping fee), once we receive the original package.
2), In general, you will get the refund in 7 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected or has obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back.
3), Free exchange only happens when the error is on Shoeyl's part too, otherwise, you need to pay the extra shipping fee for the exchange.
4), Return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, maybe the item you want to exchange was no longer on sell. Anyway please contact us in time by email firstly.

3.Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

4.How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of items will ship out in 2-4 working days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 working days to process. Need urgently or other issue, you can get help from our service team.
We ship all orders with tracking number, once shipped mostly Countries are usually take 8-15 working days to arrive , depending on the efficiency of your customs and local postal service.
If the package is returned due to the following problems, Shoeyl will only initiate a partial refund (60% of the articles value, exclude the shipping fee), thank you for your understanding.
1. The recipient's address is incomplete, wrong, relocated or rejected

6.Will I hit custom taxes if i buy from you?
We will try our best to make your package to avoid custom taxes.We normal write 5usd value on package(write as gift) experience, However, we are not able to control that. According to our experience, we will help you provide needed paper work to get packages released soon.
7.Will you mark the price down when ship out?
Yes, we usually ship as gift or lower value( normal write 5usd).
8.What if I didn't get my parcel ?
If you do not get your parcel within 60 days, we will refund you fully money. 100% guarantee. Reship one would nice if you agree too.
9.Do you take Western Union, Bank transfer as money method? I don't have a paypal?

11.How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

13.Why I only received part of my order ?
If you received only part of your order, please don't worry! You will receive the rest of you order in another package. Sometimes we split the items in packages if you have ordered a lot or the package weight is too heavy for the postal service we are using.
